BIPOC $200 in Scholarship Funds
Are you a woman of color working in the fermented food or beverage industries?* Could you use a scholarship to help with the costs of conferences, classes, or continued education?
Apply for the Bertie Brown Scholarship. It provides up to $200 on a rolling basis to assist with tuition, materials, conferences, or any other professional expenses. Any woman of color who is an active member of Fermenta is eligible as long as funds are available.
If you haven’t joined Fermenta and money is tight, let us know - scholarship backers will fund as many new BIPOC members as we can. Email us at: Scholarships@fermentamichigan.org (Please mention BIOPC in the subject line.)
