The Art of Draught Beer- Draught quality standards workshop for professionals, homebrewers & consumers

Engage with beer professionals and homebrewers to learn how draught maintenance and systems affect the taste and quality of the beer you make and enjoy.
Ticket includes: entry to the workshop + a “Crack Fries” buffet
- Garry Boyd, Michigan Brewers Guild Quality Committee Co-Chair
- Annette May, Advanced Cicerone™, Instructor Schoolcraft College Brewing & Distillation Technology Program, Draught Dynamics and Management will conduct a discussion on Carbonation Dynamics, followed by a line-cleaning demonstration.
- Gail Milburn, Grand Master 1 BJCP judge will offer a kegging demonstration for homebrewers

HopCat has a smallish lot that charges $7, but street parking is free on Sunday
Across the street there is a building called “JVS”, there is a large lot behind it (access on Canfield) that is free.
On the other side of Canfield there is a parking lot under construction that may be ready by Dec 3. If so, it will be a paid lot.
